A day of culinary excellence!
The class will start in the style of any true Roman’s day, with a visit to the food market to select fresh ingredients. The seasonal produce will help determine your menu together with the chef during the tour amid the food stands: think an auburn squash Risotto in the autumn or generously stuffed tomatoes in the summer. Our English-speaking chef will suggest the menu and cook with you some classic Italian dishes.
Back at InRome Cooking, guests are always welcomed with drinks and antipasti.
Then, the chef will accompany you to make a classic Italian lunch with some aperitivi (starters), primi (pasta dishes), secondi (main courses with meat), contorni (side dishes) and delectable dolci (sweet courses).
With a glass of local wine, after an active morning, the class comes together for an elegant tasting of your delicious Italian creations.
