A journey that will give you the possibility to discover the spectacular Amalfi Coast and the Excavations of Pompeii.
The scenic drive to Amalfi is really a thrill, with the streets ”zig-zagging” back and forth along the slopes and outstanding vistas over turquoise waters. The tour includes 1 hour of free time in Positano and Amalfi to enjoy these picturesque towns built on the coast.
In the afternoon, a guided tour inside the Pompeii Excavations, to discover the Roman city destroyed in 79 A.D. by an eruption of Vesuvius. Ash, pumice and other volcanic debris covered and preserved one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world, that due to its excellent state of preservation and the large number of frescoes, it has given unique details of the everyday life and art history of the ancient Roman Empire.
